People who say that all that's needed to create a life you love is staying in flow have no idea what they're talking about.

Staying in flow means staying in your genius zone.

Creating a life you love, or a business that changes lives requires more than staying in your zone of brilliance. Sometimes we're dealing with the nitty gritty details of expansion. It always requires that we face our limiting beliefs, aka fear and uncertainty.

If you're a mother, you know that the birth process doesn't always feel good. In fact, it's painful!

Creating an expansive life, or a business where you show up as you and get paid for it is no different.

One of my mentors, Bob Proctor, said we always hit the 'terror wall'. In my own experience and working with others, we do. This is when most people give up. Or they spend YEARS staying stuck, delaying the life their hearts are longing for.

We have to take action. It's feedback. It gets us out of stuckness. We have to challenge what we think we know. Until we commit to ourselves wholly and fully, we could waste an entire decade — or a lifetime — waiting!

Stop settling for just enough. Or just OK. Stop deciding it's better to not want than to move wholeheartedly toward a dream. The Infinite is breathing us, and that same force is always pointing us toward expansion. Let yourself feel your longing and discontent.

Commit to you. Commit to your dreams. Commit to the life you know you'd love to create. I promise the pain is a 'joyful burden' of birth.
