What do you believe?

I’ve learned that life is really pretty simple. We only experience our beliefs.

Beliefs are only thoughts we keep thinking, over and over again. The unconscious mind automates our consistent beliefs. Its job is to go out into all of awareness and create the situations and relationships that validate our beliefs.

Sounds great, right?! The only thing is that about 90% of what we believe is unconscious.

From the last trimester in the womb until about 7 years old, we lived mostly in theta state. Like little recording devices, we soaked in everything from those early years and automated them. When we grow up in loving, healthy families, we emulate that behavior automatically. When we grow up in families who are optimistic, we emulate that. When we grow up in families where money is abundant, that’s our auto-pilot.

However, most of us did not grow up in healthy environments.

To change our lives we must look at them objectively. What would someone have to believe in order to experience this?

That is where we focus, by re-programming our unconscious mind the same way it was programmed: by consistent attention to ideas and feelings that support our expansion and joy.

ll begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to sh with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
